Title: UNIX, Shell, Perl App Support Analyst Duration: 3 month, possible Location: Jersey City *ONLY GC/USC* *Keys to the job:* -the full-time app support engineer in this group has had to go on leave for 3 month and there is a chance that they will not return, hence this being a possible contract-to-hire. Manager wants to bring someone on ASAP. -4+ years of experience in Application Support in a UNIX environment -MUST have strong experience writing scripts, preference in order of importance 1 shell, 2. Perl, 3. Sql -MUST have financial experience, preferably in Fixed Income trading environment if possible (Bonds, CDS, MBS, Repos, swaps) -to begin this will be a level I and Level II support role *Professional/Technical Skills:* The candidate will focus on production implementation and support based on standard practices and documentation.
