This individual will partner with me to write/design/discuss plans with Citrix -Wants someone mid-tier to expert level who is excited to learn and "dig in". -He stressed he's looking for candidates who have worked in "validated environment" -Citrix certs not mandatory but preferred. Experience with Metaframe would be great 6 month contract until end of year but extension into 2016 most likely. Interview process is phone screen first and then F2F (may consider Skype for out of market candidates) *Overview * *• Provide (Level 3) support for exiting Citrix systems involving XenApp and XenDesktop.* • Support & Experience with XenServer and Systems Hosted in a Virtual environment • Support for Large Global deployments with XenApp and XenDesktop • Provide design support for application processing requirements. • Adept with large Citrix installations and deployments systems • Provide technical support in engineered systems • Manage activities of internal/external resources within the group or service delivery area. • Support end-to-end Citrix connectivity. *Key Responsibilities* • Day-to-day technical and administrative support for XenApp 6.5 and XenDesktop 5.6 & 7.6 environments. (Level 2&3 ) • Handle high severity Citrix issues involving Regional and Global access. • Manage daily work load through Remedy Ticketing system. • Adhere to, and work within the confines of IT policies, standards and procedures. • Develop, gather and measure relevant productivity and capacity metrics.
