This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting Web or Java applications in a large Java enterprise online environment. Other Responsibilities Include: - Assist when needed on technical planning of environment build-out and development activities to eliminate roadblocks - Compose and review required technical documentation needed to comply with SDLC standards. - Work closely with internal teams to understand components being developed - Help facilitate knowledge transfer for support transition from external team to internal IT team. - Work closely with management on communication and escalation of issues and risks Required Skills & Experience: - Expertise in software development, installation and modification in an online environment - Proficient with Struts, MVC, and open source Java frameworks and technologies such as Apache Common utility - Skilled with SSO, SAML, Spring, Hibernate, Dojo, Ant, JDBC, SQL, DB2 and RAD 7.x.
