Business Analyst with Several years of experience with SAP-HR Payroll configuration and payroll schema maintenance Experience with SAP-HR OM and PA ECC 6.0 configuration Analysis of impact SAP notes will have on SAP user’s exits/custom ABAP development Location: Jackson, Michigan Long Term Business Analyst II gathers, documents, and most importantly, analyzes application requirements, conducts application analysis, participates in functional application design, creates and analyzes ad-hoc reports and aids in the escalation/resolution of project risks and issues. The candidate may be required to participate in the development of new products and services and lead process design activities. This request is to support all SAP related work efforts to meet business requirements. Assignments will include configuration to support payroll processing and payroll related infotypes, and required updates to Customer's payroll schema; assisting in the review, testing and implementation of SAP HRSPs through the Development and QA environments; running complete payrolls in our test environments to support specific team assignments; supporting year-end payroll processing and configuration updates; and assisting in full system regression test cycles (including payroll executions through finance posting and third party remittance, and generation of pay statements and W2s) to support the project effort of upgrading to Enhancement Pack 5. · Assignments may also include work on Customer's custom interface and enhancement objects that are related to the payroll business function. · Review SAP HRSP/EA HRSP notes for system impact and test case creation. · Perform necessary test data set-up, execute tests, document and validate test results. · Identify, research, resolve and retest defects as necessary. · Analysis, configuration, and testing related to support other related initiatives. · Partner with the business as necessary to understand specific context for Customer. · Perform knowledge transfer to other team members and document configuration changes assigned. *Skills:* Several years of experience with SAP-HR Payroll configuration and payroll schema maintenance Experience with SAP-HR OM and PA ECC 6.0 configuration Analysis of impact SAP notes will have on SAP users exits/custom ABAP development for payroll Knowledge of BSI Tax Factory and able to perform TUBS update analysis and testing *Desired skills include:* 1) Expertise with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 2) Ability to translate high level business requirements into functional and system requirements 3) Ability to document business processes 4) Comprehensive knowledge of client-server, object-oriented, and web-based systems, applications, environments and relevant tools/technology 5) Knowledge of SQL for querying databases 6) Excellent communication skills 7) Strong analytical skills.
