needed. Implement validation rules to build stronger data governance and
workflow to increase ease of use. Implement integrations between Salesforce
and other programs. Research add-on application packages and support ROI
analysis for acquisition of applicable programs that will improve adoption,
efficiency and data quality. Oversee enrollment process compliance. Resolve
escalated customer complaints. Direct staffing, training and performance
management functions to develop operations employees and improve their
contributions to the organization. Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelorâ??s degree in business, information technology or related field.
Salesforce.com administrator with a minimum of 3 years related experience.
Salesforce Certified Administrator required and Salesforce Advanced
Administrator or Developer Certification desired. Excellent written and
verbal communications skills. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and
creative problem-solving skills.

support our rapidly growing and ever changing business. Requirements Duties
and Responsibilities: Maintain multiple system integrations and oversee the
implementation and management of new 3rd party systems and application
installations Create custom objects, workflows, triggers, and approval
process Configuration and maintenance of territory models, user database,
roles, security, and profiles Partner with all areas of the business to
ensure we are maximizing use of Salesforce.com Responsible for tracking new
Salesforce.com releases to make certain we are utilizing most up to date
functionality Provide suggestions on way to utilize Salesforce.com to

training will be considered a plus.



Requirement #6:
Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Location: Oakland, CA
Duration: 6+ Months contract
Must have Skills:
Translates business requirements into technical requirements used for
driving improvements, enhancements and/or creations of new applications
Identifies and communicates requirements/scope issues and takes lead in
driving these to resolution for inclusion in specifications or user stories
Works with the case subject matter expert to develop, document and
communicate business model requirements, processes and tools
Provides leadership to cross functional teams and drives case management
requirements with business stakeholder and CSP delivery teams for
operational/execution of programs
Will be responsible for writing test scripts and executing them to meet
business requirement

Job Requirements:
Must have 5+ years' experience as business analyst with SFDC Service Cloud
or Sales cloud
Strong aptitud e for learning new technologies and leveraging business
analysis skills
Proven track record of gathering, writing and managing highly complex
requirements for large application development projects
Ability to work collaboratively, and act in a lead role as a subject matter
expert and works within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and
pre-defined measurement criteria
Ability to evaluate, defined and prioritize activities/projects of self and
others
Ability to handle multiple, complex activities/projects concurrently
Experience being a Business Analyst for complex project(s)
