So, they are looking for.. 1). Backup Architect level expertise with experience in Avamar, DD, TSM and Protectier architecture design 2). SE skills such as analyzing a backup environment, designing backup solutions across vendor platforms (TSM, Avamar), and overseeing projects to completion 3). Planning and strategy skills 4). A high level thinker who can help with strategy, planning and architecture. Operational knowledge is good but he doesn't really want this person to be hands on. 5). Strong Communication and presentation skills 6). Most of this assignment can be done remotely.
