Job Title : Android or iOS /Mobile architect Location: Waukegan, IL Duration: 1 year minimum *Job description :* *Must-haves * 10+ years of experience in architecture/design/development/implementations of mobile applications 5+ years of hands-on mobile application development experience for Android or iOS phones/tablets 3+ years of experience in architecting mobile interactive apps Experience in Web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in system/infrastructure architecture for applications Knowledge and adaptation of software configuration, change, release and service management processes Experience in working with cross functional application and business teams. Performance Architecture including root cause analysis, problem management and performance tuning *Plusses * Experience implementing Federated Security models Experience with Supply Chain Business Processes a plus *Day-to-Day * This development resource will work with cross functional teams on innovative iOS/Android/hybrid mobile application development. They will act as the lead in the translation of business requirements into specific solutions, applications, process designs and implementations of mobile solutions. They will act as the Lead Architect and technical design authority for mobile solutions project delivery and in major mobile transformation programs. They will provide guidance, validation, and expertise to other members of the team and define product user experience and Design wireframes, process flows and UX artifacts. They will be responsible for designing scalable solutions that allow for easy translation to different Android and iOS devices, multiple languages based on device settings. Will provide technical expertise to generate maintainable, quality solutions includes documenting system requirements, creating application designs, validating high level designs to ensure accura! cy and completeness against the business requirements and programming the solutions, and will be responsible for artifacts including for use cases, high-level architecture, and detailed architecture and will strongly follow the Software Development Life Cycle process for all the project deliverables.
