Thank you for your time in advance *Title: SharePoint Developer/Admin* *Location: Bloomington, IL* *Duration: 2+ Month Contract* *Need US Citizens/Green Card holders Only* *Job Description:* SharePoint Administrator (with Development experience) to provide SharePoint farm administration, infrastructure maintenance and support, infrastructure and platform automation, and in depth troubleshooting of SharePoint issues. In addition, the person chosen for this role will participate as a subject matter expert in the development of Project focused statements of work, and work with client business areas to understand their requirements and provide solution options. *Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experiences:* • SharePoint 2010/2013 Administration (SharePoint 2007 WSS 3.0 and MOSS are a plus) • PowerShell • .Net • JavaScript • CSS 3 • Html 5 • SharePoint API • SharePoint CSOM • SharePoint Workflow • Web Services • In Depth SharePoint knowledge • Infrastructure automation knowledge • Very good understanding of Windows server operating systems • Basic knowledge of Active Directory • Basic understanding of windows security • Ability to learn and adopt to changing technologies • Familiarity with Sitrion (formerly NewsGator) Social sites is a plus • Familiarity with KwizCom WikiPlus is a plus *Additional responsibilities & skills includes:* • Strong organizational skills • Perform browser-based administrative support for SharePoint 2010 sites • Analyze team content in Lotus Notes and SharePoint; perform analysis to help determine SharePoint library taxonomy (“tags”) • Document any workflows needed to support team document management processes • Define needed SharePoint views of lists and libraries and work with the content manager to have them implemented • Identify needed new SharePoint content types • Populate team SharePoint pages (not sites) according to standard templates • Work with the content manager to coordinate design and information architecture activities • Document the processes and procedures related to SharePoint activities to facilitate knowledge transfer • Learn, understand and apply governance policies and procedures • Assist users with SharePoint questions and demonstrate basic SharePoint functionality • Edit all documentation for correct grammar, format, and spelling, and to ensure that the documentation follows both the standards developed for the specific manuals and industry-wide standards. • Work with the appropriate personnel to ensure all documentation is published to the client intranet • Develop a working knowledge of the software that is used for these updates, Adobe FrameMaker. • Be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, as well as Adobe Acrobat Professional and SnagIt.
