UC support analyst - lead and support teams across various geographies.

*Leadership Skills:*
? Workload management among team members, including
implementation of innovative case management techniques
? Coordinates with the training function to ensure that all
resources are adequately trained on existing and forthcoming services
? Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive environment and confidently
motivates, mobilizes, and coaches support team to meet
high performance standards
? Act as a single point of contact for operational issues

*Technical Knowledge:*
Strong working knowledge of OS platforms such as Windows,
Mac, iOS, and Android.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

*Software Knowledge:*
Strong working knowledge of MS Office versions and
various web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome
Experience with Remedy Case Management system and Business Objects (desired)


*Cisco Product Knowledge:*
An understanding of Cisco Unified Communications products (i.e., Unified
Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, IP Phones, Cisco Jabber)
Collaboration solutions such as Cisco WebEx, Collaboration
Meeting Rooms (CMR), Cisco Telepresence, etc.,
