*We have below requirement for one of our cleint, please let me know any suitable consultanta available.* *Title: Sr. HRIS/ HRMS* *Location: Huston* *Duration: 6 -12 M* *Job Description:* *MUST-HAVE experience is Taleo LEARN* The Sr. HRIS Analyst reports to the HRIS Projects Manager in Human Resources and is responsible for the support, maintenance and configuration of Oracle HRIS systems. This individual will serve as a technical point-of-contact for human resources functional areas and assists users with system maintenance and functioning, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, production support, project management, training, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities, and other HRIS or Payroll needs. *KNOWLEDGE: * Heavy analytical skills and the ability to develop and report on key HR/Benefits metrics. Knowledge of HR systems (core HRIS and talent) functionality, structures and data *RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * • Assists in HRIS design and system development • Serve as the subject matter expert for applications used in Human Resources; researching and resolving HRIS issues. • Identifies and addresses system problems, and assists in the development and execution of best practices across the organization. • Troubleshooting, research, report writing, and creating data flows for process improvement • Analysis of process design and workflow • Conducts general and specific systems training programs for organization employees. • Supports both HR and the business with the introduction of HR/Benefits self-service applications. • Researches, analyzes, and reports on data and metrics pertaining to Human Resources • Familiar with relational database concepts • Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel strategies • Ensures applicable processes, practices, and documents are completed on various actions • Ability to manage HRIS initiatives (small & large) from inception through delivery • Assist in the change process to ensure business requirements are being addressed through HR systems and processes • Ability to problem solve and develop solutions that are relevant to and meet the business needs *QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS): * *1. Education and Certifications*: Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or business/technology related degree *2. Experience: **Minimum of 3 years in HRIS experience*. Systems implementation experience is a plus. Experience with Oracle Fusion, R12 or PeopleSoft a plus. *3.
