Must understand web security practices, have experience with open source software, and come from an agile background that does continuous integration. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have the confidence and resilience to take risks and be self-empowered. Must be able to improvise and think across disciplines and existing boundaries (lateral thinking). Must be an excellent team player and be positive to work with during collaboration. Must be able to influence by example, and have an inclination and passion for continuous research inside and outside the current focus fields.
