This is *Ash* from *Oslo Solutions*, we have the below opening with our *Direct Client.* Please go through the below job description and let me know your comfort and availability so that we can discuss and proceed further. *Role: Caphyon Advanced Installer Consultant* *Location: Boston, MA* *Duration: 6 Months* Project: Build the next generation enterprise Installer platform for client from the ground up to automate the process of installing and configuring Tomcat 7 and Java EE Web applications in multi-server, clustered topologies. Automate the deployment and configuration of Java EE Web applications on Tomcat servers, and the installation and configuration SQL Server databases for these applications. As part of a small, focused Scrum team, the Advanced Installer consultant will collaborate with the product manager and other build and install engineers to convert requirements and functional specifications into detailed technical designs, and implement those designs into a functional Installer solution. Train and orient other build and install engineers on the team in the use of Advanced Installer Enterprise. *Must-have:* · Expertise with Caphyon Advanced Installer Enterprise. Must have executed a prior project using this product suite. · 2+ years’ experience building enterprise-class Installer solutions for installing, deploying and configuring server-side applications and databases (Java or .NET) using MSI-based installation platforms such as InstallShield. · Scripting and programming skills in VBScript, C# and PowerShell. *Nice-to-have:* · Knowledge and experience with Subversion, Maven, Ant and Atlassian Bamboo and JIRA. · Familiarity with the Java EE framework and Tomcat is desirable. · Familiarity with SQL.
