*Please send resumes to **[email protected]* <[email protected]> *Role: RedHat Linux Admin* *Location: Seattle, WA* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Rate: $55/hr* *GC and USC ONLY* *Position Requirements* · At least 5 years of Linux system administration and support experience in an enterprise IT, service provider, or telco environment. · Hands on experience including, but not limited to: o Linux OS Administration, preferably RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 5 and 6). o Ability to script in at least one of the following: Python, shell or perl. o Ability to troubleshoot java server applications (Tomcat, weblogic) and APIs in large-scale distributed environments. o Apache deployment, tuning, and support. o Experience with Zabbix or Nagios or similar monitoring solutions. o Experience using chef to manage large server deployments. o Oracle and MySQL Database administration from an operations standpoint. o Working with storage solutions (Netapp, Isilon, EMC) using iSCSI and NFS. · Proven ability to deliver a superior operations experience working directly with corporate clients technology teams and associated change management. · Enjoys learning and adapting to advancing technologies and procedural changes. · Proven incident and problem solving (troubleshooting) skills with an emphasis on a timely resolution. · Must have the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively and professionally with other engineers, teams, and business partners. · Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills, with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience. · Ability and desire to work in a team environment. · Experience working with ticketing systems. · Experience creating and maintaining excellent technical documentation for internal and customer consumption. · Experience with Hadoop, Cassandra, and zookeeper. · LDAP experience. · Physical hardware and firmware exposure. · Experience with virtual server environments (KVM, VMWare, OpenVZ, etc.) · Loadbalancer support (Cisco ACE, F5 LTM, Citrix, etc.) · Experience diagnosing complex issues through packet capture analysis (Wireshark, tcpdump) · Familiarity with IP enabled storage solutions. · Familiarity with fiber channel switches and SANs (Brocade, IBM, Hitachi, HP) · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in related fields · Certificates of training in associated fields/equipment. · This position will require an element of on-call in a rotation. ----------------------- Thanks&Regards, Praveeth.chava, Accounts Manager Ph: 248-473-0720 EXT 163 Email: [email protected] Gtalk: *[email protected] <[email protected]>* Please consider the environment before printing this e-mail -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
