You'll excel as you work with all levels of the business, ensuring information technology deliverables align with the business requirements, with measurable results. *Primary Responsibilities:* · Lead requirements gathering, service-oriented modeling, analysis and design activities · Evaluate business requirements and prepare detailed functional and technical specifications · Communicate design to all stakeholders and varying levels of the organization · Serve as the liaison between business and systems analysts, developers and project management groups · Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution · Define, use and communicate design patterns and best practices in service oriented analysis, design and development · Collaborate with quality assurance team to ensure testing efforts align with system deliveries and business processes · Develop strategies to improve service development life cycle and governance processes · Develop detailed source-to-target data mapping and data transformation rules *Required Requirements:* ü Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience ü 3+ years of experience in Systems Analysis or IT Development ü 3+ years of experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) / System Development Life Cycle ü 3+ years of experience translating business requirements into a detailed system specification ü Basic proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint ü 3+ years of Relational Database experience ü United States Citizenship ü Ability to obtain favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense eQuip Form SF86 *Preferred Qualifications:* · FACETS Dental Claim processing experience · Provider Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge on Facets provider data model · Expertise with Provider Extracts, Provider Data Migration, Provider Directories, and Auto PCP assignment process · Billing and Eligibility: Strong knowledge of Facets Group and Membership administration and data model, Expertise with the Facets billing component, Eligibility intake, Membership extracts · Facets Accounting, Knowledge of Overpayment & Auto recovery, of Line of Business/Payor/Bank set up in Facets, accounting data model, and experience with financial claim and membership reporting · Facets Claim Processing, Expertise with claim intake, extracts, adjudication, and fulfillment including Payment, EOBs and 835 (ERA) · Experience with the Facets core batch process · UnitedHealth Group or general healthcare industry work experience · Experience working with test plans and test cases · Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions · Experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with Agile methodology · Experience facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions *Looking forward to hear from you soon.* *Thanks & Regards* *Ash* Oslo Solutions LLC.
