*Title:* Salesforce Business Analyst *Location:* Golden Valley, MN *Duration:* 6 Months *Job Description: * • Analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, disseminate high-level concepts into details, distinguish true needs from amongst the collection of requirements, and create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems. • Interpersonal skills to liaison extensively with customers and internal stakeholders to negotiate requirements. • Organizational skills to regulate the vast influx of information and to ensure the project stay within timelines. • 3+ years business and/or system analysis experience. • 2+ years of Salesforce Development/Administration experience or similar experience with another CRM platform • Reports and WorkFlows Design and creation. • Working knowledge of Agile project management and Scrum process. • Ability to lead requirements gathering / business needs identification meetings in order to elicit requirements. • Ability to translate business needs into functional / development requirements. • Ability to organize and simplify requirements. • Ability to perform requirements analysis as well as cost/benefit analysis.
