*City : Houston,* *Duration: 6 months.* *Oracle HR/Payroll and HCM fuctional consultant * * Additinal JD Update:* · Role - HR functional ( local candidate only ) · Acts as the gateway between functional and technical teams, facilitating communication and following progress · Works closely with the Project Manager for monitoring of project tasks related to functional and technical work · Reviews MD.050 with Functional Analyst and coordinates the transition to the development team for MD.070 creation · Participates in review of MD.070 with development team and is able to ensure that functional requirements are being addressed · Reviews progress of development with the tech team(s) and reporting estimates and actuals to Project Manager. · Confirms unit testing is complete and meets requirements (offshore to supply documentation of testing using TE.20) · Coordinates and is available for each level of testing to help manage issues · Tracks testing issue/resolution with functional analysts and developers · Reports development estimates/risks/delays to PM · Focuses on new development – integration projects • Minimum 9 to 10 years’ experience in Oracle HR/Payroll and HCM systems implementation/usage experience · Experience in all phases of project implementation lifecycle · Knowledge of software implementation methodology including AIM · Excellent teamwork and communication skills · Strong verbal and written English communication skills are a must; ability to effectively communicate with client users and management, and deliver presentations. · Solid client management and consulting skills.
