•         Minimum 1 year implementation experience with certifications in
Workday HCM

•         Minimum 1 year  experience with technical design, technical
support, technical documentation, and testing with direct experience
developing and supporting Workday Integrations

(Cloud Connect, EIB and Studio)

•         Experience in a SAAS/cloud consulting or technical environment

•         Project management experience with Agile project methodology

*Job Roles / Responsibilities:*

The ideal candidate will work to support implementations and/or maintenance
of Workday HCM Cloud systems. The activities performed will include
requirements analysis, technical design, integrations, testing and system
documentation support.

•         Work directly with client and/or functional consultants to
confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions
and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.    Evaluate, communicate and
coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions.

•         Create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping,
and system process designs.

•         Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business
requirements.

•         Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing
and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.

•         Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
to project management.
