*Description:*
Master’s degree in computer science, information systems or related
fields with at least 6 years of relevant work experience or Bachelor’s
degree with at least 8 years of work experience in application development
• Proven ability to lead, work in teams, mentor staff, inspire staff
commitment to technical excellence and teamwork, and resolve conflicts
constructively
• Working Knowledge of security protocol and encryption standards such as
SAML, XACML, 3DES, AES etc.
• Strong JEE programming experience and knowledge in web architecture;
• Working experience of JEE based frameworks like Spring, STRUTS etc.
• Hands on experience in Client side technologies such as the AJAX and
other frameworks
• Experience in relational database query technologies with interfaces such
as Hibernate, JDBC
• Sound knowledge of integration technologies from web services to sftp and
dblinks to file transfers
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented technology and standard java
development frameworks
• Software Development Life Cycle Experience.
• Extensive knowledge in Java, EE, AJAX,Java SE 1.4/1.5/1.6, STRUTS,
SPRING, EJB, Servlets, RMI, JDBC, JNDI, JNI, Java Beans - POJO.
• Working knowledge in JSF,JSP, Java Scripts, XML/XSLT, HTML and DHTML
• Experience in analysis & design using UML and case complete.
• Experience with JBOSS , IBM WebSphere Application server and TOMCAT
*Specific Requirements:*
• Specialized in using IDEs like Eclipse, IBM Web Sphere Application
Developer and Eclipse with JBOSS Test environment.
• Extensively worked with Relational Databases Oracle 10g with JDBC thin
and thick clients.
• Strong knowledge on Oracle 10g SQL, PL/SQL procedures, Oracle Application
server and object library for Java development. Knowledge on Oracle APEX
will be an added advantage.
• Experience in source code control tools like CVS and SVN.
• Experience with JIRA for task and bug tracking.
• Experience with Business Objects/ Crystal Reports.
• Functionally proficient in performing business process analysis,
gathering and analyzing requirements, creating design specifications, unit
test plans and system test plans, testing, development, and production
support.
• Technically proficient in module development and upgrades based on
organizational needs.
• Proven ability to support major technology initiatives and tasks of the
unit including coordination of working teams and maintenance of close and
constructive working relationships with management and staff in defining
and resolving technology issues.

• Proven conceptual, analytical, and evaluative skills; combined with the
ability to conduct independent research and analysis, identifying issues,
formulating options, and making conclusions and recommendations.
• Experience in full life cycle application development including
development methodologies

• Experience in one or more of the following products or equivalent

- CA Siteminder or Web session management technologies
- LDAP directory interfaces using directories such as Oracle or MS

- Identity life cycle management technologies such as Sailpoint
- Arcot and SecurId authentication technologies
• Experienced in Sailpoint tool Customization ,Workflow customization,
Custom connector creation, Report generation, Integration with end/target
systems, IIQ console , Sailpoint APIs and Application development
• Experience in Identity and Access Management products like SailPoint IIQ
version 5.5 and 6.3.
• Extensive knowledge in Role Based Access Provisioning.
• On demand provisioning using sailpoint webservice and integration with
the other systems like ESB and eservices.
• Worked on custom and out of box workflows in SailPoint.
• Worked on custom connectors in SailPoint.
• Developed Custom java classes in IIQ.
• Performed Installation and configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Performed Integration with multiple applications such as AD, Exchange,
RDBMS, Flat File & LDAP.

• Develop custom SailPoint Rules and Workflows as per the business needs
