The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong ETL development understanding as well as solid analytical and problem-solving skills in the areas of data capture, script development and integration. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of mapping and ETL development teams for Telecom data conversion activities. *Education/Experience:* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. Experience with Informatica. 5 years of experience in leading SQL teams creating queries, stored procedures, views and triggers. 3 years Telecom experience. Experience with 1-2 large data conversions is preferred. 5 years of experience in leading development teams and technical personnel, working with business partners, and SDLC end-to-end experience. Previous consulting experience preferred. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast pace environment. Strong interpersonal skills including team building, coaching and mentoring Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and software development methods. Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity. Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess needs and system requirements. Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. Excellent planning and time management skills. Advanced Word, Visio and Excel skills. Experience with HP ALM (QC). Experience with FTR DPI is preferred, with expertise in Billing, Service Order, Plant, including Triad interfaces and XML.
