*Fusion Applications :Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant* *Location: Wayne, PA* *Long Term contract* *: *In this support team position you will assist our HR department with a number of different applications from Oracle EBS and Fusion to ADP. You will work with the end users and Project Management Office to understand problems facing the HR team and work with the system to find solutions. We have a global footprint with primary user bases in the US, UK, and India. This isa challenging opportunity for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and solve problems. *Responsibilities* ·Setup and configuration of HRIS systems ·Maintaining data integration between Oracle Fusion Applications and the source systems ·Troubleshooting application errors and reporting issues ·Create “How To” documentation ·Managing Service Request tickets and meeting established SLA’s ·Work closely with end users, PMO and Release Management to prioritize and schedule enhancement requests and bug fixes Requirements: ·Minimum 4 years working with Core HR in Oracle EBS ·Minimum 1 year working with Oracle Fusion HCM, must have experience with FBL and coexistence.(MUST) ·Experience with integrations between a core HR application and other 3rd party systems for payroll and benefits ·Global HRIS experience with North America and EMEA ·Excellent communication skills *Preferred Qualities:* ·Experience writing queries with SQL Plus ·Working knowledge of Open HR ·Ability to understand and configure compensation plans ·Experience configuring allowances ·Exposure to Taleo Recruit, ADP Connection, Workday and Dell-Boomi ·Ability to troubleshoot problems and perform root cause analysis Thanks & Regards, *Mohan Ganti* Mail: [email protected] <[email protected]> *Disclaimer: We respect your Online Privacy.
