This position is in the Enterprise Infrastructure engineering team that provides services to the organization using an ITIL based system. *Education/Experience * o Bachelor degree in a field such as computer science, computer engineering, business administration or related field required. o 5-7 years experience in the IT industry required o 3-5 years experience as a project manager in IT Infrastructure required. o Project Management certification preferred. *Skills: * o Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor o Knowledge of server, storage, and data center hardware and software (Required) o Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes and procedures required.
