§ Facets experience is a MUST
§ Test design and execution
§ SQL queries skills to perform complex data verification (conditional
selects and joins required)
§ Proficiency with Test Management Tools (Zephyr, ALM, Quality Center,
etc.)
§ Experience with Claims Test Pro (CTP) – Nice to Have
§ QA methodologies, processes, SDLC and best practices
§ Requirements Traceability
§ Ability to provide input into estimation (# of test cases required,
etc.)
§ Project summary reporting
§ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel
and Project
