understanding of, or at least an awareness of Mach as part of
the OSX Kernel, OSX's frameworks, libraries and application programming
frameworks like Cocoa or Carbon to help us create a Mac based secure
browser for test delivery.

environment

- monitoring
- inter-process communication techniques
- controlling
- working with threads
- signal raising and handling
- device access
- Familiarity with OSX public frameworks and libraries
- C, Objective-C, basic C++
- basic application framework knowledge (Cocoa)
- CMake
- Knowledge of CEF (Chromium Embedded Framework) would be neat
