More architecture... *Position Description* Responsible for engineering Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for globally dispersed businesses, personnel and customers. Works with IAM architects, application developers, administrators, consultants and vendors to build, configure, test and implement IAM solutions especially in privileged access management (PAM) or elevated access management that meet the business needs of the enterprise and are aligned and consistent with enterprise IT strategies and plans. • Subject matter expertise in developing best practices around standardized management of access controls and elevated/privileged accounts • Responsible for engineering PAM solution, working closely with IAM architects, vendors and business managers to interpret and apply business requirements and IAM designs to IAM solution development • Responsible for rolling out PAM solution globally with expertise in integrating disparate systems • Engineers business processes and solutions to ensure that IAM services perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies and comply with applicable information security requirements • Integrates privileged access solution with IAM system, ticketing system, logging and monitoring solutions, with in-house and third party applications • Supports critical functions such as IAM tech deployment group, operations group, data governance and service delivery functions for the IAM Program • Performs and leads technical support teams performing remediation, integrations, including but not limited to monitoring and responding to server events, gathering IAM statistics, and performing general administration of platforms and services RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage and maintain privileged identity management solutions such as TPAM or Cyberark • Analyze discovered privileged and functional user accounts for risk, ownership and access appropriateness using various analytical tools or platforms • Work with IT and business stakeholders to define PAM target state processes and gather business requirements • Assist owners of privileged access with remediation of elevated functional or service accounts, privileged local admin access accounts, refining existing or establishing new processes application service accounts lifecycle • Interpret and apply IAM architecture and designs to build Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to support globally dispersed businesses, personnel and customers • Work with business aligned IT managers to understand business requirements, enterprise IT standards and other considerations that influence how IAM solutions and services should perform and operate • Engineer solutions to ensure that identity and access management solutions and services perform according to defined processes, coordinates policy changes to ensure solutions comply with information security requirements • Develop technical IAM solutions, engaging during the lifecycle of solutions delivery, service owners, architects, project managers, global infrastructure teams, regional IT teams and key IAM product vendors • Integrates IAM systems with in-house and third party applications for provisioning, identity authentication and systems resources authorization, developing connectors between IAM tools and systems resources • Work with application, system and platform administrators along with IT operation teams to develop, test, roll out and maintain enterprise-wide IAM solutions and services • Participate in defining architecture and process standards for the identity management platform; contribute to ongoing evolution and development IAM strategies, roadmaps and plans • Work with the broader IT organizations to interpret policies and standards, ensuring policies and standards are properly followed by new and existing IAM solutions • Contribute to evaluation, selection and configuration of PAM products and services from vendors • Support in troubleshooting and resolving complex authentication, authorization and integration problems • Identify opportunities and outline action plans to improve existing PAM solution • Lead and/or execute of daily, weekly and monthly support activities to maintain the overall global IAM environment, in coordination with IT operations and regional IT teams *Position Requirements* Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or other IT certifications · BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline · 10+ years of IT infrastructure solution, development, configuration, testing and implementation with 5+ years’ experience engineering, configuring and implementing Privileged Access Management platforms, solutions and services · Operating system and/or technology specific certifications are desired · Working knowledge of access control models for common operating systems (Mainframe, UNIX, Linux, Windows, etc.), network devices, databases, and Internet applications · Working knowledge of PAM components, principles, procedures and practices · Working knowledge of system and application access management including some exposure to PAM technology trends · Working knowledge of principles, best practices, architectures, tools and processes in some of the following areas of IAM: Access control systems and technologies Privileged user management Administrative, service, and functional account management Shared account management Segregation of duty analysis Emergency / fire call account management Password vaulting Access use monitoring · Solid knowledge and experience with implementing privileged access management / privileged identity management products including but not limited to: o Identity management (SailPoint) o Dell TPAM o CyberArk o Oracle OPAM o SiteMinder · In-depth experience with administration of servers (Windows and Linux), databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle), Mainframe (RACF, TopSecret) and web servers (Tomcat, IIS) · Experience with the following technologies: 2-Factor authentication (RSA SecurID), PKI infrastructure and ticketing system (ServiceNow) · Mapping out process for server and account collections for scalable operations · Experience interpreting architecture, designs and business requirements to develop and implement IT security solutions that span multiple technologies, businesses and geographies · Strong administration and scripting skills · Strong time management skills with the ability to work on multiple program tracks and direct efforts of geographically dispersed engineering and development resources · Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions · Hands-on experience troubleshooting IAM solutions and services · Can dissect complex situations and guide teams to focus on most critical tasks · Well organized, with good attention to detail · Good communication skills, both written and oral KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: • • IAM Program Lead and Technical delivery manager • IT security engineers, business analysts and management team • Project managers assigned to the IAM program • Vendors that provide IT security products and consulting companies that support implementations • Business IT architects, application development teams, managers and business analysts • Regional AIG IT security teams • Infrastructure managers regarding AIG enterprise technology infrastructure • Enterprise business continuity teams, and global compliance and risk managers • IAM program stakeholders *Thanks & Best Regards* *Sindu,* *Oberon IT Inc,* 1404W.
