They have to have both experiences along with must have healthcare background (recent), business reengineering and salesforce admin certification. *Skills Required: *Someone with definitely salesforce Administration certification. Driven on how salesforce functions. How it should be aligned. Knowledge healthcare/health insurance domain. Claims processing, benefits design, coding. BA- process reengineering, redesigning process experience- required. Build out requirements to do the implementation. Salesforce BA is ok to have. How to retract requirements from salesforce admin. Admin background but no certification – will consider. Already using salesforce, this position is for new implementation. Looking to complete req. gathering by end of year. Implementation will be in 2016. Agile experience preferred. No configuration background needed. FACETS is preferred, not required. Need someone to think outside of the box. Versatile experience, what the current trend is now, how to manager coding, claims, enrollment, account management. Security architecture- not required, nice to have. Will most likely have it if they are strong with salesforce. At least 2-3 years requirement gathering sales force experience. Top skills: healthcare, salesforce certification, process reengineering/process flow/process redesign. 100% on site. No remote allowed.
