organizational structure management.

Knowledge of integration points with major payroll and benefits vendors.

Knowledge of HCM application security and its interdependencies

facing role Excellent communication skills written & verbal, mandatory.

expert in BIRT reports



1. Understand client legacy reporting requirements and match to Workday
reporting capabilities 2. Identify a strategy for building reports using
client resources and Workday professional services using the Workday
solution 3.  Build reports using Workday's report writing tools 4. Assist
the client in testing the Workday solution and providing knowledge transfer
sessions 5. Understanding of data modeling concepts with an ability to
manipulate data using software tools and SQL 6. Extensive knowledge of
building reports for HRMS

IDQ Analyst

Dallas, TX

3 months contract

Document Data Quality rules and set-up DQ rules (Business-side) in the
Informatica DQ tool. Partner with the IT personnel to ensure accurate rule
translation in ETL. Set-up edit checks (DQ rules) for CCAR-impacted
attributes. Train members of the team in rule entry and management.



Ability to drive requirements and analysis for data quality rule
definition, threshold analysis, defect / rule-violation reporting.
