#2) *Peoplesoft Expense Functional*

Duration:* 5 Months* (Ext)
Location:* Irving,TX*
Expense Functional Lead, Previously worked in capacity of GL SME and Super
User as part of the Accounting Department.
Experience with PeopleSoft System  in terms of Functional, Technical,
integration. PeopleSoft SME, Interfaces with over 10 plus years of
experience.

*The successful candidate should have the following skills:*

PeopleSoft GL, AR, Billing, Expense Functional.  requirements
determination, gap analysis, business process reengineering, issue
resolution, configuration, custom code specifications, training, go-live
assistance and post implementation support, PeopleSoft Query, nVision, UPK
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•   Change / Ticket Management experience required.
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Job Description:*

SAP BASIS LEAD ADMINISTRATOR
- Overall 10+ years experience
-Deliver assignments by established deadlines and
keep management well-informed on a timely basis of progress,
 status and/or concerns for each assignment
-Play lead technical role and guide team in respect of
technology (engineered systems and latest offerings), interfaces with other
systems and infrastructure performance and stability in general
-Decision making responsibilities for the position include day-to-day
operational decisions, effective strategic decision-
making to support business and customers
-Responsibilities including providing technical guidance
to management, team and customers in regards to implementation of highly
advance technological solutions
-Document processes and prepare/generate presentations/reports as
required from management or customer
SAP BASIS TECHNICAL SCOPE
-Direct the workload and provide Level 2 support for a
support team made up of U.S.  and India based SAP Basis Administrators
-Conduct regular meetings with the customer and Capgemini associates to
discuss technical issues and provide updates on work in progress
-Take a  "hands-on” approach to completing technical tasks
in addition to providing mentoring and advanced
technical leadership for the Capgemini Basis team
-Support & maintain an existing SAP landscape that
includes ECC, BW, APO, TIBCO, & Solution Manager
-System/Client Copies for large databases
-Monitoring, Setup of batch jobs
-Analytical review and recommendation for landscape improvements
-Monitor file system and database capacity and work
with administrators to add space as needed
-Own, resolve and test Basis related help desk tickets
-System monitoring/resolutions
-General problem resolution (i.e. short dumps, OSS notes, OSS messages)
-Perform SAP performance monitoring/tuning, including
Early Watch Report Generation and analysis
-Set up SAP printers
-Monitor and resolve printing issues
-Support integration with SAP bolt-on's
-Investigate SAP related database management system problems
-Monitor the DBMS performance and disk capacity (table spaces)
-Recommend and analyze the impact of appropriate
application-related patches / notes / service packages
-Implement recommendations and test (e.g., SAP Kernel,
Support Pack Stack, etc.)
-Upgrading/updating SAP add-on products

60% SAP BASIS LEAD
40% SAP BASIS SUPPORT

Must have extensive knowledge in SAP BASIS.
Must have experience working as SAP BASIS Lead Administrator
, Should be able to Manage SAP BASIS programs coordinating with various
teams.
He/She will be directly involved with Sr. Manager at client side.
High Individual will be accountable for managing and
coordinatingSAP Upgrades, release management, innovation in
operations, excellence in support.
