*MANDATORY SKILLS*

·       Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience implementing MS Dynamics CRM
solutions

·       Must have experience with Dynamics CRM 2013 or 2015 (2015
preferred) online or on-prem (on-prem preferred)

·       Must have strong platform understanding, including knowledge of
OOTB entities, modules and relationships (i.e. Contact, Case, Lead,
Campaign, etc.)

·       Must have strong experience writing custom plugins, i.e.

·      Custom system functions (i.e. custom case numbering)

·      Cross module data integration (i.e. business rule driven
calculations between related entities)

·      Systems integration (for serving and consuming data from systems
outside of CRM)

·       Must have strong custom workflow development experience

·       Should have experience integrating Dynamics CRM with MS Exchange
and other enterprise services in a multitier environment.

·       Must have strong client side scripting skills including JavaScript,
JQuery, Angular JS and JSON

·       Should have good SQL Server skills, including experience ETL
scripting for the load of SQL data into CRM

·       Should have strong experience delivering CRM reports via customized
views and dashboards

·       Should have experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external
identity management services (i.e. MS Active Directory, ADFS, or custom
portal)

·       Should have experience delivering in an agile environment,
including discrete functional packages for incremental builds.

·       Should have solid troubleshooting skills, including route cause
analysis and break/fix support

*Desired SKILLS*

·       Experience developing custom reports via SSRS

·       Experience developing ETL packages using SSIS

·       Experience developing web services using REST and/or SOAP

·       Strong .Net framework, and ASP.Net development experience

·       Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with Mainframe systems

·       Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with Document management
platforms, especially Documentum

·       Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with third party payment
portals and financial packages

·       Experience developing custom XRM solutions for mobile access

·       Strong infrastructure and platform support, including farm
configuration and management, virtual server configuration and resource
management, upgrades, and interfacing with Microsoft Support.
