*Job Title: Systems Analyst With SQL* Location: Mason, OH Duration: 6+ Months Billing Rate: $/Hour *Interview Process: 1st Technical Round then Phone Screen / Skype OR F2F if Consultant is Local* *Requirement priorities:* 1. SQL 2. Data mapping experience 3. Communications skills 4. Healthcare insurance membership experience (Banking or brokerage enrollment may be a substitute.) 5. Business requirements gathering and documentation 6. Experience triaging transaction problems Main tasks will be hand holding QA and troubleshooting any issues. Will require heavy interaction with many partner groups including business, IT and technical teams for a membership enrollment project. Communication skills are critical. *Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:* 1. Evaluates high-level business requirements for delivering new or modified software systems enhancements and/or integration solutions 2. Liaises between business and IT to refine and transform high-level business requirements into detailed business and technical requirements 3. Develops functional, technical and non-functional requirements through the use of standard requirements analysis techniques and documents in the appropriate tools with standard semantics. 4. Ensures requirements are complete, articulated in an easy to understand manner and ready for development to begin design documents 5. Partners with business while participating in solution design to ensure requirements are being fulfilled adequately 6. Develops use cases for use by developers, test schedules, reviews testing plan, tracks and documents results according to plan. Ensure design can be tested and validated. 7. Communicates requirement changes and impacts to both business and IT. 8. Analyzes business and IT processes. 9. Collaboratively works with the development team to ensure that functionality created aligns with the business requirements and matches the business process needs 10. Facilitate and influence discussions on various solution options, outlining the advantages, disadvantages and potential risk associated with each approach 11. Develops and maintains relationships with both functional and technical counterparts 12. Alerts project managers to potential risks and issues of importance 13. Creates and performs unit and proof of concept testing. 14. Ability to document current and future state process flows is required. 15. Experience creating use case and activity diagrams is desired. 16. Enrollment and Billing Insurance industry experience preferred 17. Experience with health insurance exchanges and EDI 834s preferred *Desired:* 1. EDI 2. Experience with batch processing 3. Toad 4. Rational Tools including RequisitePro (ReqPro) and Doors (They are moving from RequisitePro (ReqPro) to Doors this quarter.) 5. ClearQuest 6. MS Office 7. Experience with Java systems 8.
