Replay *sw...@genuineitllc.com <sw...@genuineitllc.com> * *Only GC, USC, EAD * *Tax Analyst/Sr. Analyst* *Location: Houston, TX* *Duration: 6-12 months contract* *Requirements: * • Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, or Computer Information Systems • *7 or more years’* experience in a large corporate information technology department, tax technology environment or big 4/large market accounting firm • CPA, PMP, Six Sigma or relevant IT certification – highly preferred • Demonstrated skills in working with teams, project management and improvement projects o being a good teacher to conduct technology training sessions for staff o able to adapt and work with people with different styles and personalities o able to identify and capture process improvement opportunities o possess solid communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. • Interface with IT to communicate support needed and resolve issues quickly • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task assignments from various subgroups within the Tax department and complete assignments in fast-paced environment • Self-motivated; takes initiative; identifies and addresses issues; works efficiently with attention to detail. • Demonstrates significant relevant experience in the following: o Tax and ERP software such as OneSource Tax Provision, OneSource Income Tax, HFM and SAP (specifically, financial modules of SAP); extensive experience and *knowledge of SAP is preferred* o Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word (VBA a plus) o Very strong Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are REQUIRED.
