(Knowledge of FACTS is preferred). 7. 60 Months Experience Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ITIL certification desired. 8. Education/Certification Computer Science Degree, MSCSD, Oracle and SQL Server certified DBA.
