Create beautiful HTML layouts with focus on both aesthetics and experience/usability 2. Take a mock-screen or requirements and quickly convert into a Bootstrap page live during design sessions 3. Resolve browser specific HTML rendering issues on mobile and desktop browsers *Skills & Experience Required:* 1. Expert skills with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap 3 2. Minimum of 2 years as a UX, UI Designer 3. Ability to switch level of perfection from fast-and-dirty mocks to extremely meticulous and pixel perfect 4. A solid understanding of color theory *Other Requirements:* 1. Experience with SASS or LESS 2. Photoshop/Illustrator expertise 3. Light JavaScript programming experience—not afraid to learn more 4.
