Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate Experience using recruiting portals like dice, prohires, Monster, and LinkedIn. Experience working on VMS requirement. Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates. Experience working with Applicant tracking tools. Willing to work as per US central timings/Night Shift s.
