You must be able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. *PART B: Requested Desirable Qualifications* The numbered qualifications below are not mandatory, but candidates should meet or exceed in duration and skill set target asked for, at least 3 of numbers 1 through 6. 1. Bachelor level or higher degree with coursework in Information Technology or Project Management, or national certification in Project Management. 2. Minimum of 84 months experience with multi entity project teams in the development and successful implementation of multi-million dollar, multi-year development projects. 3. Minimum of 84 months experience implementing projects utilizing industry standard system life cycle methodologies including iterative project planning, design, development. 4. Minimum of 84 months experience managing project teams developing in IBM WebSphere Portal utilizing JDK 1.5 or above and which utilize business analysts and testers experienced with Requisite Pro, HP Quality Center and/or Quick Test. 5. Minimum of 60 months experience implementing deployment strategies spanning multiple entities, including risk mitigation strategies associated with ensuring implementation successful deployments into manageable risk averse phases, and involving both business and vendor teams across highly available and scalable multitier applications using Object Oriented or Service Oriented Architecture. 6.
