*Position: Sharepoint Designer Consultant* *6 Months plus *
*Location: Redmond, WA* *********Face to Face interview is required *********** *Responsibilities:* 5-6 years of SharePoint experience, at least 2-3 years with Microsoft SharePoint Designer (MSD). Must have broad, documented experience working with SharePoint technologies, with specific examples of experience deploying, administering, and configuring sharepoint. *This experience will include: * • Installation and configuration of SharePoint environments * Basic SharePoint tasks * Ø Creation of sites, sub-sites, and sub areas Ø Development of data views Ø Management of user population Ø Moving sites and lists within the MSD environment Ø Understanding of sharepoint architecture and mid-size SharePoint web farms (i.e. web front ends, index servers, and database server architectures) Ø Implementation of features and web parts working with SharePoint on the front end, using HTML and JavaScript. Ø Use the Content Editor and Script Editor web parts to customize your front end directly in the browser. Ø Work with SharePoint's built-in JavaScript methods and properties and the JavaScript object model. Ø SharePoint workflow Ø Must have documented experience implementing, managing, and documenting a production SharePoint environment with several hundred users Must be “technically deep” – able to articulate the positive and negative aspects of how architectural choices impact the SharePoint environment and end-users Ø Must be familiar with the SharePoint security architecture and how it interfaces to Active Directory Ø Must be a self-starter who is passionate about SharePoint and how it can impact an organization Documented knowledge and experience using project management methodologies Ability to design and implement “best practice” architectures for SharePoint servers and data storage Ø Setup, configuration, and management of SharePoint environments Ø Ability to develop and implement all necessary operational process to insure a well functioning and secure SharePoint environment Ø Skilled in using server and SharePoint metrics to determine overall system health, and apply those metrics to capacity planning needs Skilled in transforming verbal descriptions of required functionality into design mock ups Ø Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and communication skills *Thanks & Regards* *Ash* Oslo Solutions LLC.
