Hold and coordinate key stakeholder meetings such as daily standups, iteration planning, and iteration showcases. 2. Manage documentation of the project in a shared space and enable full openness of project requirements and status. 3. Coordinate status meetings with Sr. Managers. *Assist team with multiple consortium activities:* 1. Attend key consortium coordination checkpoints and reconcile with individuals attending workshops and working groups. 2. Track and manage consortium participation by Wells Fargo individuals. *Assist team with administrative tasks:* 1. Help with patent filings. 2. Track initiative deliverables. 3. Keep team members accountable to dates. *Documentation of specs as-needed to move current and future initiatives forward:* *Key Required Qualifications:* 1. Excellent written and oral communication skills. *2.* *2+ years Project management experience required.* *3.* *Knowledge of typical PMO lifecycle requirements, such as when an initiative would require a BRD.* 4.
