SFDC BA Chicago, IL 6 Months Contract *Phone then F2F* *Job Description:* BridgePoint Technologies has partnered with an industry leading financial advisor technology firm in downtown Chicago to recruit for a Business Analyst contractor for a 6 month project. The Business Analyst is responsible for collecting business requirements, designing system process flow and providing functional requirements for the Salesforce development team. *Primary Responsibilities:* 1. Develop business process models and documentation. Effectively communicate and document business and IT information in line with agreed processes and procedures. 2. Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts 3. Conduct analysis of business issues and challenges. 4. Document functional specifications, conversions, upgrades, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflow. 5. Work with end-users to define and execute test scenarios and ensure appropriate end user training. *Desired Experience:* 1. Strong experience with SQL and MS Office Tools, especially Excel and Visio 2. Excellent understanding of data and relationship. Be able to write SQL to query complex data structure. 3. 1-3 year of Salesforce CRM experience from the business user perspective strongly preferred. 4. Understand application development concept such as code management and SDLC 5. Excellent understanding of technology life cycles and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems. 6. Understand and can manage project using traditional and Agile project management methodology. 7.
