*Description:*

·         10 to 15 years of Project Manager Experience in Supply Chain

·         Consultants should have extensive knowledge of new government
mandated EMV compliance process .

·         Extensive Experience/knowledge in POS Retail Systems, EMV
compliance process, store Operation Software systems

·         Retail store Operations experience

·         Ensure regulatory compliance with PCI and internal policies,
standards, and procedures.

·         Develop and deliver against comprehensive project work plan,
drive execution and report progress using enterprise project management
tools.

·         Thorough understanding of project management knowledge areas; PMP
certification preferred.

·         Ensure development and sign-off of project scope, adhere to
change management process.

·         In partnership with Organizational Change Management resources,
develop project communications and change strategies; monitor and report
weekly project status and execution performance.

·         Prepare for and lead project team and executive steering
committee meetings; communicate with impact.

·         Manage deliverable review and approval process, make certain that
all deliverables align with standards and receive proper tracking and
timely sign-off.

·         Develop and maintain project readiness assessment process.

·         Manage all cross-program dependencies; evaluate impact to project
plan and resourcing.

·         Demonstrate executive impact and integration with project
leadership team; build trust and credibility with project team members.

·         Deliver PMO operational excellence

·         Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
at all levels and work effectively in a matrix-management environment.

·         Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects involving
several departments and external consulting teams.

·         Highly developed business acumen with ability to shape and
implement strategy, build collaborative teams, and optimize resources.

·         Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational,
problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·         Lead project management efforts, execute defined deliverables and
provide subject matter expertise across a variety of related technical
systems.

·         Provide payment systems subject matter expertise and liaison with
multiple vendors

·         Create and manage project plans, open issues lists, analysis and
solution design documents

·         Effectively communicate project related tasks and status to
stakeholders

·         Identify opportunities for process and technical improvement

·         Assist in developing and documenting business requirements across

·         Facilitate thorough issue/risk management and provide oversight
for on-time resolution/mitigation/escalation.
