*State government experience highly preferred*
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees
all aspects of projects.
- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes
progress of project.
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
- May require a bachelor's degree and at least 4years or equivalent of
experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and
procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish
goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of
creativity and latitude is expected.
- ODOT Specific Description
The purpose of this request is to procure Project Management Services for
the various ODOT ECM Filenet related projects.
This position is located within the ODOT Information Systems Branch,
Transportation Applications Development Section.
The contractor will manage scope, schedule, budget and resources for the
completion of the Filenet 5.2 migration project with in the ECM (Enterprise
Content Management program.
Potential projects such as Major Projects Branch EPMlive to Filenet and ECM
maintenance projects will be assigned on a business priority basis.
This position may also require analytical skills such as updating
functional specifications and test cases.
This position will meet with ECM stakeholders and provide multiple levels
of communications to keep all levels of ODOT Management informed of
progress of the project. This position sets deadlines, assigns
responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project(s).
This position may lead and direct the work of Contractor staff.
Skill Requirements:
. Microsoft Project Server 2007
. Windows 7 Office 2010 (Mandatory)
. PMI Certification (desirable), knowledgeable of PMBOK
. Excellent Customer Service Communication skills (Mandatory)
. Understanding of full IT Lifecycle Methodology (Mandatory)
. Systems Analysis skills
- ECM Filenet desired
