Hope you are doing great, Please send updated profiles for the below position. *Pega Lead System Architect* *Milwaukee, WI* *Fulltime/Contract* *Job description:* *Key Responsibilities Include* · Coordinates with project teams, business analysts and enterprise architects to translate detailed specifications into new or enhanced application solutions. · Exceptional problem solving skills: including the ability to identify the cause of the problem, determine and develop possible options, and recommend the most cost effective options. · Expertise with PRPC (Pega's Customer Oriented Architecture) programming skills, systems analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards, file design, storage, and interfacing · Demonstrates in depth knowledge and expertise of PRPC best practices with technical and functional counterparts. · Collaborates and leads onsite, remote teams and vendors in implementation of PRPC solution. · *Experience with PRPC Administration**;* 1) Monitoring the PRPC logs to ensure the health of the PRPC application. 2) Monitor and leverage PRPC tools to diagnose and analyze the performance issues. 3) Manage and configure application security. · Experience managing ruleset versioning, release management and the deployment processes & QA Defect Resolution. · Responsible for migration playbooks for production and non-production environments. · Experience managing PRPC connectors and Services and collaborate with non PRPC Technical resources and designing and developing solutions. · Able to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using PegaSystems SmartBPM methodology and DCO tools. · Responsible for design for the overall PRPC application architecture and integration with external systems. · Able to qualifying and quantifying the technical work that needs to be accomplished through the systems development lifecycle. · Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; and publishing progress reports. · Share technical expertise by mentoring junior team members on on-going basis. · Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles; and using agile Scrum methodology *Experience & Skills* · *7+ years’ experience in design and implementation multiple enterprise-level PRPC-based solutions.* · Have experience of technically leading the application development for at least 2 sizeable Pega solutions · *PEGA CLSA certification.* · Have extensive experience in leading inception and elaboration exercises with business and technical stakeholders in defining PRPC solutions for complex business requirements. · *Expertise in design, development and implementation of Business Rules.* · *Experience in agile system delivery life cycle*, using Waterfall and agile methodologies like Scrum and *Pegasystem’s SmartBPM.* · *Experience with process quality methodology**.* · Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver. · Demonstrated leadership in all areas of business analysis, including client interaction, process design, requirements management and functional design · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in customer management and team interactions globally. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously · Ability to explain issues and resolutions to technical and non-technical staff. *Thanks & Best Regards* *Sindu,* *Oberon IT Inc,* 1404W.
