*Location: Atlanta, GA*
* Duration: 6+ Months*

*SUMMARY OF POSITION:  *This position will be responsible for analyzing and
modeling existing ITIL and ITSM business processes within the EIS Service
Management organization.  Plays a key role in the documentation of
processes, leads process improvement activities while education
stakeholders on process benefits and functionality.

*JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS *

*Work Experience *
·         2 - 5 years’ experience in technology consulting strongly
preferred
·         Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process
Reengineering
·         Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to
extensively analyze business processes and workflows
·         Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
·         Strong business/client engagement skills
·         Experience developing business requirements
·         Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation
and presentations
·         High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio
·         Experience with implementing ITSM applications (Remedy, Service
Now)
·         Knowledge of Project Management solutions (MS Project Server,
ServiceNow, Clarity, etc.)


*Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification*
·         BA/BS degree required; technology related area of study preferred
·         PMP Certification
·         ITIL Certification preferred


*Knowledge/Skills *
·         Process Governance of an ITIL-based organization with an emphasis
on change, release, incident, asset, configuration, knowledge and problem
management
·         Accomplished in business process redesign tools and techniques
·         Demonstrated mastery in requirements gathering tools and
techniques
·         Skilled in tools and techniques for selecting/implementing vendor
products
·         Knowledge of application development and demonstrated proficiency
in application configuration
·         Skilled in testing development and execution
·         Accomplished with training program development and delivery
·         Demonstrated proficiency in end user support planning and delivery
·         Skilled in system and application troubleshooting and problem
resolution
·         Strong communication skills both written and verbal
·         In addition, strong skills in the following tools: ServiceNow,
Clarity, SharePoint and ServiceNow


Other Requirements
·         Proven ability to successfully navigate large corporate
organizations similar in size/scope to Time Warner
·         Proven success in leading projects spanning multiple departments
and business units
·         Demonstrated skills in building consensus spanning multiple
departments and business units
·         Experience in working with media industry clients a plus
·         Must be able to work flexible hours, including hours beyond the
normal schedule when necessary
