3+ years as a Program Manager
3+ years leading Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong understanding of iterative software development to help teams
implement the most optimal Agile approach.
Complete understanding of agile processes such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban to
mentor and guide teams (2 + years).
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, must have facilitated team
collaboration sessions such as Release Planning, Retrospectives and cross
team dependencies
Proficient in promoting agile engineering practices such as pair
programming, continuous integration, TDD, BDD, and refactoring
Facilitates the creation and maintenance of a healthy backlog with Product
Owners and team members for planning purpose
Experienced in developing close working relationships with all levels of
management, especially the functional managers of team members.
