Local Candidate: Preferred
Description: This initial contract is for the PBM initiative. Delivery
date is 7/2016. Resource will likely transition to the PHX Gov't program
work stream in Q3. That work goes through 7/2017.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
*Candidate must have a strong development background with emphasis on SOA,
distributed and event-driven computing.
*Analysis and design skills of moderate complexity.
*Familiarity with iterative development life cycle and methodology.
*Extensive hands-on experience with message-oriented middleware,Tibco,
Java, and other relevant technologies (i.e., XML, XPath, HTTP, JMS, IBM
Websphere MQ, EMS and RV).
*Must have at least 5 years experience with enterprise application
integration development with *solid working knowledge of Windows and UNIX.
*Must have at least 5 years experience in the designing, deploying,
monitoring, configuring and troubleshooting of enterprise solutions using
TIBCO BusinessWorks.
*Must have strong knowledge with Web Services concepts.
Skills Required: TIBCO BW
HIPAA EDI 834, 835, 837 experience preferred (nonhealthcare EDI will
suffice) Healthcare experience preferred.
Skills (Nice to Have): HIPAA EDI 834
