*Job Description*

*Technical/Functional Skills*

   - Good knowledge of Positive and Negative time
   - Understanding of Leave Quota Management and Excellent in Time
   Evaluation – Schema’s , rules, Wage type generation
   - Should be able to evaluate customers' business needs, contributing to
   the overall strategic planning of SAP PT systems
   - Ability to interact with management and technical specialist and
   provide timely/quality advice
   - Should be good in understanding the business requirements and should
   have ability to prepare Functional Design Documents for development of
   various RICEF objects (Forms, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement
   and Workflows).
   - Should be able to lead the team
   - To work effectively within a team environment
   - Good Knowledge of Agile Methodology

*Experience Required*

   - SAP HCM experience with good understanding of PA/OM, ESS/MSS and
   Payroll.
   - SAP Time Management skills – expert
   - SAP Time evaluation – Expert
   - Experience of working with multiple Unions, multi-location and multi
   companies
   - Minimum 6yrs. of experience on Time evaluation.

*Roles & Responsibilities*

   - Knowledge of Leave quota configuration and management of leave Accounts
   - Excellent in Time management schema ( both positive and Negative)
   - Ability to write custom PCRs to meet demands of various employee
   groups and Unions
   - Good understanding of Time clocks and processing time clock data –
   pair formations, processing types, premium calculation.
   - Assist and guide client in all phases of project life cycle
   - Handle all phases like Design, document, and implement unit,
   integration, and parallel test plans.
   - Associate should able to lead team and should be able to work with
   other SAP HCM consultants as a team. Adapts best methods and procedures to
   create possible alternative solutions to complex problems.
