SAP HR Developer Exton, PA 8 Months Contract Phone then Skype *Responsibilities:* • Provide functional, transactional and configuration support within our client’s SAP’s HR environment with a focus on Time Management, Travel Management, Benefits, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and LMS-LSO. • Provide customer support for break-fix issues logged by the business. This includes timely response, analysis, and issue resolution for the customers. • Actively work with business users and other members of the SAP support team to identify and implement needed SAP enhancements for the business. • Participate in system sustaining activities such as support pack applications, upgrades, and ensure isolated system problems are resolved; lead the business through functional upgrades to existing deployed scope. • Develop and maintain a customer-focused relationship with business stakeholders and other IT areas by exhibiting a high level of collaboration, timely communication and responsiveness. • Clearly set expectations for each major project milestone with the business stakeholders and the project teams; and then deliver in order the meet those expectations. *Required Skills:* • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience supporting and implementing *SAP HR software* applications in the modules listed below; including experience addressing service (break-fix), enhancement (new functionality), upgrades and project related requests. • *Solid background in the following SAP HR Modules: Time Management, Travel Management, Benefits, Personnel Administration, Enterprise Compensation Management, Recruitment, HRIS, Organizational Management, LMS-LSO, and ESS/MSS Portal.* • Ability to support, configure, establish master data, and map to business processes relative to these SAP HR sub-modules. • Experience with SAP HR 5.0 is a plus • Proven track record of delivering SAP solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirements definition, client facilitation skills and solution design. • Must be customer focused and able to understand the importance of stakeholders’ business objectives and drive the process towards achieving those objectives. • Strong relationship building skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel from technical to high level executive management, and influence key stakeholders in order to get things done; yet maintain a likeable presence. • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively within cross functional teams to deliver complex projects. • Must possess a high level of commitment, flexibility, initiative and an ability to work with minimal direct supervision. • Must be a highly organized individual who possesses excellent attention to detail, and demonstrates strong skills for planning, coordination, teamwork, and communication. • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. • Proficient in troubleshooting issues and providing customer support; must have excellent analytical, problem solving, • SAP Certification in specified module areas is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree is a must! *Waiting for your response…* Best Regards *Ravi Nigam* 978-558-4666 Ext. 101 [email protected] *TekNavigators,* *LLC* 8875 Hidden River Parkway Suite 300 Tampa, FL 33637 DISCLAIMER: This message and any attachments are solely for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged or confidential.
