*PeopleSoft (AR/BI) Service Coordinators*

*Minnetonka, MN *

*6 Month Contract to hire (Green Card and US Citizens are highly preferred)*



*Primary Responsibilities:*

Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet
them

Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business

Participate in the development of business strategy

Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a
variety of audiences

Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches

Deploy and maintain Applications/Systems

Provides direction to the resources that support the application/System

Participate in release management planning

Review escalated incident items and assigns to appropriate work group

Accountable for second level application support, coordinating the
involvement of business and/or UHG IT development resources in incident
resolution as necessary

Support the Service Manager, who has the primary ownership of the
application, to manage the health of the application, sets the overall
direction and priorities of activities, and manage the application budget



*Required Qualifications:*

4+ years application development and/or support experience

Prior experience leading teams (for example, tech lead or experience
coordinating teams and/or managing workloads)

Ability to be on call (24 X 7), but issues currently happen on the team
about once a month or so

Experience working in a distributed environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

3+ years recent PeopleSoft AR or BI experience – system functionality and
technical aspects



*Preferred Qualifications:*

Distributed Environment experience (Oracle, Windows Linux, Unix, WAS,
WebLogic, Microfocus Cobol, MQ)

Bachelor’s degree or better

Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMD) experience

Experience managing a remote team of resources

Experience working with offshore resources

Healthcare industry experience

Service Management Tools experience (like HPSM, BSM, HP Perf Mgr, ALM,
Clarity, etc.)

ITIL experience.
