*Responsibilities *include but are not limited to the following: Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their business functions and desired requirements; Analyze data, documents, user input surveys and workflows to determine requirements; Demonstrate proposed outcome to stakeholders via flowcharts depicting operational workflows and possible technology solutions; Propose viable solutions that will be translated into technical and business requirements according to received input from stakeholders; Use the requirements to help put together RFP for a LMS system. *Requirements:* Experience as a Business Analyst (3+ years); Experience leading business process re-engineering efforts for at least three medium-to-large software projects; Experience in project management (3+ years); Experience with MS Project; Experience with MS Visio; Experience with LMS (Learning Management System) (preferred). *Thanks & Regards* *Ash* Oslo Solutions LLC.
