Oracle Field Services Developer Location: Sunrise, FL Duration- 6+months Phone then Skype *Summary:* This role will be part of the technical team which delivers extended capabilities to the internal enterprise application suite built on top of custom Oracle Financial software. The chosen candidate will be an expert working within the Field Service Module to provide a centralized view and point of control for monitoring Field Service activities to increase productivity and reduce costs. He/she will diagnose symptoms and potential resolution for service calls before dispatching field service resources to prevent unnecessary service calls. *Responsibilities:* • Coordinate analytical business functions, discovering business rules and ensuring that they are handled appropriately by the business applications • Develop and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports custom extensions • Work with various departments to take full advantage of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) • Development of scripts for ad hoc requests in Oracle, PL/SQL • Understand and adhere to industry best practices for delivering high quality code • Is an active participant in an Agile/SCRUM environment • Interact with the business and user community to gather and validate business requirements and business rules • Work according to defined scope and time lines and track work in progress • Break down projects into tasks with time estimation • Proactively identify and communicate issues • Work in a team environment with other developers, designers, product managers, business analysts • Demonstrated focus on quality (unit testing, system testing, user acceptance testing) Requirements • Minimum 5 years' experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports • Expertise within Oracle Field Service • Knowledge of relational database design on the Oracle platform • Experience creating and interpreting complex SQL statements • Experience tuning SQL and troubleshooting performance issues • Experience coding and packaging PL/SQL • Knowledge of data modeling concepts • Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred (equivalent work experience accepted). *Waiting for your response…* Best Regards *Ravi Nigam* 978-558-4666 Ext. 101 [email protected] *TekNavigators,* *LLC* 8875 Hidden River Parkway Suite 300 Tampa, FL 33637 DISCLAIMER: This message and any attachments are solely for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged or confidential.
