• Multitask between answering phone calls and responding to emails.
• Digesting information accurately to troubleshoot and problem solve.
• Utilizing SAP and pulling customer invoices.



• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years applied experience in call center support.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills in effectively working in a team
environment.
• Experience with technical applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
