Replay at sw...@genuineitllc.com *eLearning Project Manager* 10+ Months Torrance, CA *Project Description:* · This project is for implementing a new LMS product *In this role you will have the opportunity to:* - Develop project estimates - Gather business requirements from the Business teams to establish project estimates and to recommend a high-level solution. - Develop project workplans and schedules - including Risk Management Plan, Communication Plan, Documentation Plan, Quality Plan, Resource Staffing Plan, and all subordinate workplans. - Monitor and Control Project - monitor project scope, issues, risks and schedule. Manage issues to closure. Manage project issues to resolutin at lowes level. - Use Microsoft project to create a project plan, identify the critical path, and track progress, assess and manage risk - Project Communication - ensure all are aware of progress through project meetings, status reports and milestone reviews. - Staff Management - monitor the performance of all resources assigned to project.
